Terms and Conditions

To be an authorized affiliate of Content Sparks and any other RJZ Marketing businesses, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Content Sparks and RJZ Marketing service as an Affiliate. By signing up for the Content Sparks and RJZ Marketing Affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

NOTE: Affiliates are not permitted to purchase products or memberships from their own affiliate URL. In addition, affiliates may not ask their family members, employees or friends to purchase the products for them from their own affiliate URL. These commissions are considered fraudulent and will not be approved, nor will they be paid out. 

Affiliates who use spam or "black hat" means will find their affiliate accounts and commissions terminated without notice. This includes 'bait and switch' methods that imply that our content is your own or that make the visitor think they will get a discount that is not currently available.

We do not accept generic coupon sites in our affiliate program.

Payments are made on affiliate balances over $30.

Commissions for products in our Content Sparks Shop are approved throughout the month and paid on the 8th of the following month, or the nearest weekday after that.

Terms and Conditions:

1)Spam.
Under no circumstances shall you send commercial electronic mail messages as defined in the new Federal spam law, the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 [the "Act"], with respect to the Program. For clarification, this does not prohibit You from sending transactional or relationship messages as defined in the Act. Content Sparks and RJZ Marketing reserve the right to collect, withhold, or cancel any and all compensation related to the content You send via commercial electronic mail messages.

2)Minimum Age
You agree that you are 18 years of age or older on the date that you first approve the terms hereof. You agree that you are in a jurisdiction where participation in the Content Sparks and RJZ Marketing Affiliate Program does not violate any law, ordinance, regulation or standard.

3)Commissions and Payments
We will pay you a commission equal to your approved percent of sale (after deduction of credit card processing fees and any consignment/royalty fees) for each approved sale made through your affiliate link. The only exception is for sales made through an internal private offer to previous customers that is not available for affiliate promotion.

For a sale to generate a commission, the customer must follow the Link from your Web site to our Web site, buy a product, and remit full payment to us. However, no commission will be paid for orders that are refunded, not paid for, undeliverable or where payment is credited to any customer. 

We can not retroactively create commissions for sales that are not generated through your affiliate link.

4)Payments
Commissions on purchases made in our Content Sparks Shop will be approved within 7 days post-purchase and paid MONTHLY on the 8th day of the month, or the first weekday thereafter, to your PayPal account for the previous month’s sales, provided that the minimum payout balance is reached (over $30).  

If any refunds are given after commissions are paid, the amount of the corresponding commission will be added as a debit to your account and subtracted from your next commission payment.

Content Sparks and RJZ Marketing reserve the right to hold or cancel any payments we deem necessary if in violation of our agreement.

5)Interruption of Service
Although Content Sparks and RJZ Marketing will try to keep the service operational at all times, a certain amount of downtime and interruption of service is always possible and inevitable. Content Sparks and RJZ Marketing is not responsible for any interruption of the service and Affiliate agrees not to hold Content Sparks and RJZ Marketing liable for any consequences of interruption of any service.

6)Fraud
Content Sparks and RJZ Marketing also retain the right to review all commissions for possible fraud. Any incidence of fraud constitutes a breach of this Agreement, and Content Sparks and RJZ Marketing retain full authority to terminate your account or commissions accordingly, without notice. This includes but is not limited to spam, 'black hat' marketing tactics, bait and switch marketing tactics (misleading the buyer), and using our 'personal use only' or free content for your own list building and audience.
